The Realtors® Association of Citrus County held their annual awards and installation dinner on Saturday, January 11, 2020. The event took place at Black Diamond Ranch’s exquisite country club. During the banquet, Next Generation’s very own were presented with distinguished awards by the Realtors Association of Citrus County.
Coldwell Banker’s Edward R. Johnston
Coldwell Banker Next Generation Realty Broker/Owner, Edward R. Johnston, received his Realtor Emeritus Award from outgoing RACC President, Ruth Edwards. The Realtor® Emeritus Award recognizes a Realtor® who held membership in the National Association as a Realtor®, Realtor-Associate®, or both, for a cumulative period of forty years. Ted has served on the RACC Professional Standards Committee for RACC during 2019. Coldwell Banker Next Generation Realty has two offices, one in Crystal River on Citrus Ave., and one in Sugarmill Woods.
Ruth Edwards, Outgoing Realtors Association of Citrus County President
The evening also honored outgoing the Realtors Association of Citrus County President, Ruth Edwards. Ruth worked extremely hard for the Association during her year as President, attending conferences locally and on the state and national level. One of the highlights of her term was being present when President Donald Trump addressed the National Association of Realtors® during their Legislative Conference in Washington DC. Ruth looks forward to staying active in the Association, and spending time with her family.
