Cabot brings with them major renovations to Citrus Counties most renowned golf courses, such as World Woods, Sugarmill Woods and Southern Woods.
The company seems enthusiastic to add our towns golf courses to their luxurious collection. The “Cabot Collection” consists of 3 prestigious golf courses located in New Scotland, British Columbia and The Caribbean. The developers hope to bring their touch of harmonious, high-quality design to our stunning location for all to enjoy.

Starting in Spring of 2022 with World Woods (Brooksville), this 1200-acre property development is proposed to attract golfers from all over the world. Rebranding to Cabot Citrus Farms in 2023, they offer 2 revitalized 18-hole courses as well as a new par-3 course. Also on the list is a new clubhouse, practice facilities, a putting course and a driving range.
The fun doesn’t stop at the golf course! Cabot Farms will also be introducing retail stores, restaurants, fitness facilities, a spa, communal gathering areas and, even, a farmers’ market! There’s something for everyone at this soon-to-be spot.

World Woods is one of the best courses in the state and has been ranked on Golfweeks Best Top 200 Modern Courses List multiple times, as well as Golfweeks Best Courses You Can Play List.
