Add a new welcome mat. A new mat will be welcoming to all potential buyers who enter your home.
Make the Outside Inviting
Replace or paint your house number so that it is visible from the street. Make certain that all outside lighting is operable and replace any bulbs that are burned out.
Clean the Pool Area
Have your pool cleaned and the area around the pool free of any fall hazards. Sell your home in a more timely manner when things are kept pristine and potential buyers can see themselves living there.
